It’s 1947, two years after the end of World War II.
Under Democrat President Franklin D. Roosevelt Americans had suffered through 9 years of the Great Depression and sacrificed during 4 painful years of war. The United States was busy converting their wartime economy to creating goods and jobs for America while competing with the Soviet Union to see whether Democracy or Communism would spread across a war-torn Europe.
It’s also the same year the Catechetical Guild Educational Society of St. Paul, Minnesota, seeing the tactics used by Communists to infiltrate and take over Russia now being used to try and take over Europe, published a comic book describing how Communists could use those same tactics to infiltrate and take over America …but there was nothing “comic” about it.
Did a 1947 comic book predict many of the events, actions, and laws we’re seeing today from America’s Liberal Democrats, their supporters in the Media, Unions, Hollywood, and their liberal voters? It seems the words and phrases used today by Liberal Democrats, Socialists and Progressives (otherwise known as “Communists”) may have changed, but their tactics remain the same.

About my release of the original book:
-
The original 1947 comic book is in the Public Domain: Click here for a PDF version.
-
I’ve adjusted each page of the original for contrast and color balance, and added just a smidgen of sharpness to make the text easier to read. I suspect my version is a bit brighter than the original comic book.
-
Each page includes a caption comparing 1947 to what Progressive Liberal Socialist Democrats are doing today.
-
Copyright is claimed on the derivative work only; each page is watermarked.
Thanks for Reading!
