- Richard “Bigo” Barnett, 62, from Arkansas, was arrested inside the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021 while exercising his First Amendment Right to speak, assemble, and air grievances to the Government.

Under Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, Federal Prosecutors wanted Barnett to serve 70-87 months in Federal Prison followed by three years probation, and pay a $25,000 fine: In essence a death sentence for the 62-year old man.

Of the 978 Americans charged with a Federal crime during the J6 exercise of their First Amendment Rights 465 plead guilty or were convicted, with 185 sentenced to prison time (as of Jan. 6, 2023). The longest prison term to date is 18 years, with an average length of 16 months.
- Attorney General Merrick Garland – who has refused to fully cooperate with GOP investigations of the Bidens – stated “Our work is far from over,” as the FBI is still looking for 350 suspects from the January 6 Capitol Protest. (source)

During the destructive and violent BLM / Antifa riots of 2020 governments arrested approx. 10,000 people, most of whom were not charged with a crime. Of the 300 people charged with a Federal crime 120 plead guilty or were convicted, with only 10 receiving a prison sentence of 5 years or more. The average prison sentence was 27 months.
