Trump’s Guilty because of Conspiracy & Obstruction

And here’s why:
The State is Boss!

“…President Trump declassified documents that show how the institutions within the U.S. government targeted him. However, the institutions that illegally targeted President Trump are the same institutions who control the specific evidence of their unlawful targeting.”
- Sundance, “Reminder, What Was in The Mar-a-Lago Documents“,

It should be no surprise that when your opponents…
decide who should be targeted,
conspire and collude on when and how to attack them,
control how evidence is collected, edited, and in some cases created,
ignore or modify existing laws to allow allegations of wrongdoing,
determine how and when to charge you with a crime,
control when and what information will be released to the public, and
select who will sit as judge and jury to dispense “Justice”,
…then you’re guilty simply by being charged.

Because an all-powerful, all-seeing, all-knowing and self-declared benevolent State would never charge an innocent person.

One could argue the Democrats’ “Conspiracy and Obstruction” started when Barack Obama became president in 2008 and systematically weaponized Government to go after Conservatives, was unleashed on President Trump in a never-ending series of unproven accusations by Democrats (starting with the “Russian Collusion” hoax), and continues with Joe Biden as perhaps a ceremonial figurehead of what some believe is a shadow government run by Obama and some of his top advisors and handlers. And, if the Democrats succeed in winning the 2024 Election their hold on America’s government will mostly likely be both complete and permanent.

The quote at the top of my posting is from an excellent four-part series by Sundance over at The Conservative Treehouse on why Joe Biden and his DOJ and FBI decided to raid President Trump’s private home at Mar-a-Largo Florida to search for classified government documents. The four-part series describes the modern “Deep State”, how President Trump was targeted by the Washington D.C. system, why he was blocked from releasing documents, and what documents likely existed in Mar-a-Lago.

While Sundance may not have the best writing style (I sure don’t!) and can be verbose (but not as bad as me!) his series is recommended reading when you have the time and preferably also a relaxing beverage.

And, if you don’t have the time to read it right now consider these insightful quotes:

“The President has the authority to declassify documents in the public interest that originated in any department or agency of the Executive Branch.”
- Congressional Research Service, “Procedures for Declassifying Intelligence of Public Interest“, IF12183 (ver. 2), August 4, 2022

The Government is After You, I'm Still in the Way“Governments don’t want a population capable of critical thinking, they want obedient workers, people just smart enough to run the machines and just dumb enough to passively accept their situation.

You have no choice.
You have owners.
They own you.
They own everything.
They own all the important land.
They own and control the corporations.
They’ve long since bought, and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the State Houses, the City Halls,
they got the judges in their back pockets and
they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear.”

- George Carlin, Comedian

“It is necessary for him who lays out a state and arranges laws for it to presuppose that all men are evil and that they are always going to act according to the wickedness of their spirits whenever they have free scope.”
- Niccolò Machiavelli, “Discourse upon the First Ten Books of Livy” (written 1513–17) bk. 1, ch. 3 (translated by Allan Gilbert)

“The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”
- Ayn Rand
