No, the spy in question isn’t Edward Snowden, who’s basically told us that while the United States Constitution’s 4th Amendment ensures citizens the “…right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures…” apparently it doesn’t stop the government from collecting and storing data.

Rather, it’s a “Spy” who revealed this secret about Hillary Clinton way back in 1995, and, by golly it appears to be a big one:
