Quote of the Day: Yale’s Legal FAIL

Fox News has more about this incident at one of America’s oldest universities which is also home to one of the oldest (founded in 1843), most selective (only 5% of applicants are accepted), liberal law schools in the country.

School disciplinary hearings don’t have to follow the same Due Process required by America’s legal system, such as the Constitution’s 14th Amendment Article 1, the right to a swift trial, facing your accuser, direct questioning of witnesses, or the right to remain silent (Read more here).
