July 4th – when America celebrates its’ Declaration of Independence from a Britain whose King governed them from across an ocean, subjected Americans to taxation without representation, and used his military might against a Revolutionary War of Independence – is just days away. But, before we celebrate with the traditional cookouts, beach trips, parades, and fireworks, let’s start the holiday week off on the right foot by reviewing some of the good news that’s been announced recently:
- President Biden’s son Hunter Biden, found guilty of illegal possession of a firearm, is now a 3-time convicted felon. One can only hope some of his many other alleged crimes will be prosecuted.
- Hunter Biden was stripped of his license to practice law in Washington, D.C. Quite understandable, as he is a 3-time CONVICTED FELON.
- Biden’s disastrous performance in CNN’s first Presidential Debate despite a week’s rest, being coached by at least 16 people, perhaps a bit of performance-enhancing prescription drugs, and debate moderators sympathetic to Democrats.
- SCOTUS rules in the Fischer case (No. 23–5572, FISCHER v. UNITED STATES) that the Biden Administration improperly used the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (18 U. S. C. §1512(c)(1)) to prosecute over 300 people exercising their First Amendment Rights on January 6, 2021.
- SCOTUS rules in the Chevron case (No. 22–451, LOPER BRIGHT ENTERPRISES ET AL. v. RAIMONDO, SECRETARY OF COMMERCE, ET AL.) that a court having to reasonably enforce an agency’s interpretation of any statute which was not already interpreted by the Congress was “fundamentally misguided.”
- Trump’s rally in Chesapeake VA, where thousands of supporters gathered to listen as Trump took a well-deserved Victory Lap after his big win in his debate with Joe Biden.
- The Boston Red Sox avoid a sweep on Sunday by beating the San Diego Padres 4-1: Five solid innings by pitcher Josh Winchowski, 2 Home Runs, and I visited parts of Fenway Park most fans may never get to see.
- SCOTUS rules in the Trump Immunity case (No. 23-939, TRUMP v. UNITED STATES) that any former US President has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for all their constitutional acts, is presumed to have immunity from all their official acts, but has no immunity for any private acts.
…and Forgiato Blow releases his latest video, “Trump, Trump Baby!”, co-starring former Democrat supporter Amber Rose:
UPDATE: It seems that video has been removed after the owner of Queen’s music catalog Sony Music, claimed the song violated Copyright by allegedly including a sample from a song by Queen. So, why not enjoy some other songs by Forgiato Blow instead, including “Vanilla Sprite Remix” (WARNING: NSFW, for urban language!) featuring Rick Ross & Vanilla Ice.
Enjoy a MAGA-nificent Monday, and…
