And, during the last Presidential Debate when Joe Biden talks about a “dark winter” coming, did he mean “Operation Dark Winter“, which was “…constructed to examine the challenges that senior-level policy makers would face if confronted with a bioterrorist attack that initiated outbreaks of highly contagious disease.[1]“?
Let’s hope not. That would be a very bad plan, Mr. Biden.
