In late 2025 President Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched Operation Metro Surge, and on February 4, 2026, DHS announced they had arrested more than 4,000 illegal immigrants arrests of illegal aliens “including murderers, ped0philes, r@pists, gang members, and terrorists”.

During that operation some of the Left-wing protesters arassed, taunted, spat upon, interfered with, assaulted, attacked, and injured on-duty Federal Agents, resulting in the unfortunate death of two protesters.

Naturally, along with presenting facts every side involved has colored their description of the situation with their own shades of rhetoric, hyperbole, and sensationalism.
