Hank Aaron: One Strike, You’re Out?

Sorry for the sensational headline dear readers, but consider this:

January 5th, 2021:

Legendary baseball player, former home run leader, Hall-of-Famer, and civil rights activist Hank “Hammer” Aaron receives the COVID-19 vaccine at Morehouse School of Medicine, where he and his wife have been top donors, stating “Black folk have been living by shots.” and getting vaccinated “…”makes me feel wonderful…”.

January 7th, 2021:

“The CDC data also revealed 35 hospitalizations of those receiving COVID-19 vaccines. Summaries of their symptoms include heart palpitations, severe abdominal pain, seizures and ‘almost stroke-like symptoms.’”

January 22th, 2021:

Legendary baseball player, former home run leader, Hall-of-Famer, and civil rights activist Hank “Hammer” Aaron dies at 86 following a massive stroke.

It’s unknown if Hammerin’ Hank had received his required second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which some – including Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and interim Chief Medical Advisor to the President – have reported includes more serious side effects.

Of course, this could all simply be coincidence. In any case, rest in peace Mr. Aaron: You were a credit to both the sport of Baseball and to the fight for Civil Rights in America.

Thank for Reading!
