Leave it to the State of Connecticut to design a scratch ticket that wins if you get 7 as a symbol but not if you get 7 as an actual number:

(There should be a used lottery ticket here...)

(An ACTUAL "7" doesn't win?!?)

I’m betting this is intentional :-)
