Tonight Joe Biden, (p)Resident of the United States, visits the Congress to address them on the State of the Union, where he’ll lie brag about his accomplishments, let them know what’s going on, tell them what he wants them to do, and maybe pick on people he doesn’t like. He’s not just making a courtesy call, Article II, Section 3 of the US Constitution requires the president to tell Congress about the State of the Union (SOTU).

Usually a SOTU Address is boring and long-winded, so to add some excitement why not consider having a party and playing…

How to Play “Biden’s 2024 State-of-the-Union Address” Bingo!

1. Invite your fellow friends over to party and play

   • It’s best if all players share the same socio-economic, political, & religious beliefs
   • For added excitement consider inviting people having different viewpoints, individuals with room-temperature IQs, or even Liberals.

2. Each player can play the game using either paper or electronic Bingo Cards.

3. If you want to use a paper card: Click this link to generate ten (10) bingo cards.

   Here’s an example card:
   
   The center space can be marked before the game starts, it’s a Free Space.

4. If playing using paper cards print out the cards, separate them if needed, and hand them out

   • If you support Equality – Each person gets only one card
   • If you support Equity – Hand one or more cards out to each person based on their Preferred Gender Pronouns, Income Level, Citizen Status, Skin Color, Struggles, Political Beliefs, Baseball Cap Insignia, etc.

• Handy Tip! Unless you’re very quick at scanning your computer it’s best to play using only one or two cards.

6. Watch Joe Biden’s 2024 State of the Union Address to the Joint Session of Congress and pay very close attention to his words and actions during the speech.

7. When you hear one of the Words or Phrases – or see one of the Actions – shown on your Bingo Card(s) mark that space with an “X”

   • Handy Tip! To prevent boredom during the speech consider marking the space with another symbol. Blacks may want to use a raised fist, non-heterosexuals a Pride Flag, illegal aliens a dollar sign, Biden supporters a question mark, Trump supporters a US Flag, etc.
   • Those using an electronic Bingo Card can just touch the space and a mark will appear.
   • Actions are enclosed in brackets, for example: [Someone Heckles Biden].
   • For added excitement before the speech starts review each Action and write the number of times it will happen during the speech. See if your prediction comes true, or award a prize to the person whose prediction(s) come the closest!

8. The first player to get five marks in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins the game

   • NOTE: If the group consists only of Liberals substitute “ends the game” for “wins the game”, because when you’re a Liberal everyone’s a winner!
