Back on January 20, 2023, US Federal Judge Donald Middlebrooks of the Southern District of Florida sanctioned former President Donald Trump and his lawyers for $937,989.39 for filing a “frivolous lawsuit” against Hillary Clinton and 30 others.
Trump’s lawsuit claimed the Democrats named in the suit falsified evidence, deceived law-enforcement agencies and engaged in other shady actions that made “even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.” in an attempt to rig the 2016 Presidential Election and have Hillary Clinton elected president.
In his ruling Judge Middlebrooks, nominated by Hillary Clinton’s husband Bill Clinton on January 7th, 1997, wrote:
“[Trump] is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process, and he cannot be seen as a litigant blindly following the advice of a lawyer. He knew full well the impact of his actions.” – Judge Donald Middlebrooks, January 19, 2023

On June 27th, 2024 Joe Biden and President Donald J. Trump will hold their first of two planned debates, moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash in Atlanta, GA.
The 90-minute prime-time debate, held without a live audience, will have each candidate standing behind an identical podium with a pen, blank paper, and water but without any notes or props to help them.
A candidate’s microphone will be turned off unless they’re answering a question, to prevent the other candidate from fact-checking or expressing an opinion during the answer.
Now, just in case Joe Biden – America’s gravity-challenged, stumbling, bumbling, brain-addled, physically deteriorating, mispronouncing, griftinggaffe machine – thinks he clearly has the advantage during the first debate, take a look at how Trump handles an interview where Trump has no notes, props, or live audience, and interviewers who can ask him any question they want and instantly comment on any answer he gives:

Last night, while I and other regulars at my local sports bar watched the Red Sox play the Toronto Blue Jays and the Florida Panthers play the Edmonton Oilers, we heard about the passing of baseball legend Willie Howard Mays Jr., at the age of 93.
None of us are old enough to have watched Willie “Say Hey!” Mays play in person – his last game was in 1973 with the NY Mets, long before most of us were even born – but as baseball fans we all knew the “Say Hey Kid” had talents which elevated him to the rarefied air occupied by such legendary outfielders as Ty Cobb, “Shoeless Joe” Jackson, Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, Jackie Robinson, Joe DiMaggio, Hank Aaron, Carl Yastremski, and Pete Rose, among others.
So, we paused to remember the greatest outfielder, and arguably the greatest player, in baseball history (unless you’re a Yankees fan ) And after a toast we went back to watching sports athletes others may idolize, talk about, and remember long after we’re gone.
During Game 1 of the 1954 World Series between the NY Giants and the Cleveland Indians Willie Mays made what many call “the greatest defensive play ever made” in baseball during the 8th inning of Game 1 of the World Series, September-29 1954 between the NY Giants and the Cleveland Indians:
His seemingly impossible, over-the-shoulder catch made just feet away from the center field wall during the game’s 8th inning prevented Cleveland from breaking a 2-2 tie, and the Giants went on to win the game 5-2 in the 10th inning thanks to Dusty Rhodes’ pinch-hit, three-run, walk off homer. The Giants won the Series in four games, beating the team with the American League’s best record.
