Probably Pride Month’s BEST Unintentional Tag Line!

Recently Nathan’s Famous announced professional eater Joey Chestnut was banned from competing in their 2024 “Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest” after signing a deal with Impossible Foods, a Nathan’s competitor.

And Impossible Foods responded with what could be the best unintentional tag line for Pride Month:

“It’s OK to experiment with a new [hot] dog. Meat eaters shouldn’t have to be exclusive to just one wiener.”
- Impossible Foods, makers of plant-based fake meat products

Chestnut is a 16-time champion of the July 4th event held at Nathan’s flagship delicatessen in Coney Island, NY, and when it comes to handling wieners and buns, Joey Chestnut holds the record: 76 hot dogs and buns consumed in 10 minutes.

That’s an impressive accomplishment for anyone, no matter what Gender Pronoun(s) they care to label themselves with*, and it’s only one of at least 50 records Chestnut holds for his rapid consumption of food.

Two companies discussing wieners during Pride Month, with one claiming they’re against “wiener monagamy”?

For some strange reason this doesn’t surprise me.

Added Bonus!

*Important Disclaimer: This posting is not meant to indicate, suggest or imply the sexual preferences of, or support by, Joey Chestnut, Nathan’s Famous, or Impossible Foods. After all, it should be none of anybody’s business.

Biggs wants 51 “Intelligence Experts” to be Insecure

Republican Congressman Andy Biggs, representing Arizona’s Fifth District, recently told Dan Ball of One America News he’s filed a congressional bill to revoke the security clearances of the 51 Intelligence “Experts” who publicly claimed in a letter released just before the 2020 Presidential Election that Hunter Biden’s laptop could be “Russian disinformation” aimed at influencing the election’s outcome.

However, while Rep. Biggs states these 51 experts were “lying”, the actual language they signed on to was:

“…our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.”

Those 51 “Experts” never said the laptop’s contents were fake, or that Russia had any involvement with the laptop at all: They based their claim on their collective “experience” – or, expressed another way, “feels“.

However, when it comes to Government Security Clearances Rep. Biggs certainly has the right idea: Why do former Federal Employees continue to have Security Clearances years after they’ve officially stopped working for the Government?

Happy B’day to our Flag, the US Army, and our President!

On June 14, 1777 the United States’ Second Continental Congress passed a resolution establishing the Colonial flag created by Betsy Ross as the official flag of the young United States of America:

“That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.”
  - Second Continental Congress, resolution of June 14, 1777

The anniversary of the Flag Resolution of 1777 was officially established as “Flag Day” by the Proclamation of President Woodrow Wilson on May 30th, 1916. However, it did not become a National holiday until August 3rd, 1949, when President Truman signed an Act of Congress designating June 14th of each year as National Flag Day.

June 14th, 1777 is also the same day the Second Continental Congress adopted the Continental Army, and is celebrated by the US Army as their official birthday.

Finally, June 14th is also the birthday of perhaps America’s most well-known, most accomplished, and some might say the most viciously persecuted President in history: Donald John Trump, who was born on this day in 1946. And there’s absolutely no doubt he loves America, the Flag, and what they stand for:

So, Happy Birthday to our Flag, the United States Army, and President Trump, with best wishes and the hope you all have many more happy and healthy birthdays!

D-Day 2024: Honoring those who Fought to Preserve Freedom

This year marks the 80th Anniversary of “Operation Overlord”, the invasion of Europe by the Allied Expeditionary Forces at Normandy, France on June 6th, 1944. It was the largest combined air and sea military operation ever conducted at the time, involving 5,333 Allied ships and landing craft, 175,000 men landing ashore, and 20,000 paratroopers dropped from 1,200 aircraft after 2,200 aircraft conducted bombing, recon, and attacks against German forces prior to the invasion.

As of 2023, approximately 119,000 veterans of World War II survive, with 131 Veterans dying every day. About 150 of them are at Normandy today, including 12 who landed on the beaches on D-Day.

On this day let’s not forget the sacrifices made by those who fought to preserve Freedom on that day.

Vintage Propaganda for Today’s Truths (No. 14)

If you want go directly to the Propaganda Posters Click here

Propaganda can be very effective when trying to instruct and motivate a population to achieve your goals. Propaganda as art typically caricatures an opponent in a simple, evil manner, exaggerating their features and focusing on a potential danger they pose if not defeated, while written or spoken propaganda casts everything the opponent does in a negative, threatening light. Those working to stop the opponent are portrayed as patriotic, hard-working and heroic, motivated to sacrifice and work until the opponent is defeated.

Propaganda has always been with us and continues today, whether subtly included in Advertising and Marketing, revealed as electronic Censorship by Government and Social Media, or incorporated into memes, text messages, and “News” by the Liberal Press and anyone trying to advance an agenda.
And I thought: What if World War II and Cold War Propaganda posters were reimagined for today’s topics? What would they look like?

Trump Verdict Shows “No One is Above the Law!”

Teddy Roosevelt Portrait“Every man must be guaranteed his liberty and his right to do as he likes with his property or his labor, so long as he does not infringe the rights of others. No man is above the law and no man is below it; nor do we ask any man’s permission when we require him to obey it. Obedience to the law is demanded as a right; not asked as a favor.”
Republican President Theodore Roosevelt, Third Annual Message to the Congress, December 7, 1903

Justice with only one eye blindfolded.

NEVER FORGET: No one is above the law!

Well, except for maybe…

Former Democrat president Bill (BJ) “Definition of ‘is’” Clinton,
Democrat Rep. Maxine “Give my Bank a Subsidy” Waters (read the report)
Former Democrat Secretary of State Hillary “Wipe, like, with a Cloth?” Clinton,
Former Democrat US Attorney General Eric “Fast and Furious” Holder,
Former Democrat CIA Director John “Lied Under Oath” Brennan,
Former Democrat FBI Director James “Working with the DOJ” Comey
Former Democrat IRS Employee Lois “Let’s Target Conservatives!” Lerner,
Former Democrat FBI Director Christopher “Let’s Target Catholics” Wray,
Former Democrat president Barrack “Election Interference” Obama,
Former FBI Lawyer Lisa “[Trump] can not be president!” Page,
Former FBI Agent Peter “We’ll stop [Trump]” Strzok,
Former Democrat U.S. NIAID Director Anthony “Gain of Function” Fauci,
Democrat Senator Jamaal “Pulled a Senate Fire Alarm” Bowman,
Democrat US Attorney General Merrick “Arrest ALL J6 Protesters!” Garland,
Democrat former Vice President Joe “10% for the Big Guy” Biden,
Democrat former Vice President Joe “I Blackmailed the Ukraine!” Biden,
Democrat President Joe “Too Senile to Testify” Biden,
Former Democrat ‘Businessman’ Hunter “Drugs, Dames, and Pistil” Biden,
Democrat NY Attorney General Leticia “Harassment Coverup” James,
Democrat Fulton County GA D.A. Fani “Overpaid my Boy Toy” Willis,
US Special Counsel Jack “Prosecute Trump but not Hillary” Smith

… please feel free to add to the list.

I’m sure it’s just coincidence that they’re all Democrats who weren’t raided, handcuffed, or perp-walked, with many of them not prosecuted, tried, or convicted by a justice system heavily populated with Democrats, and those who were receiving just a slap on the wrist for their actions. (Although I could be wrong ;-) ) And, some of these people weren’t charged or convicted because the prosecution couldn’t or didn’t want to prove the person deliberately intended to do what they did.

REMEMBER!
When it comes to Democrats
it isn’t “Justice”

Logo: US Department of "Just Us".
it’s “Just Us”

Did you Know?

James Michael Curley, the notoriously corrupt Irish Democrat politician from Boston, MA who was “as crooked as a pretzel“, served as Mayor of Boston while simultaneously serving time in Federal Prison for mail fraud involving government contracts. After five months he was ordered released and given a full pardon by Democrat President Harry S. Truman.

Now Liberal Democrats have given Trump a chance to repeat history, perhaps to the point of making Curley and his fellow corrupt Democrats Huey Long of Louisiana, New York City’s “Boss” Tweed Tammany Hall, and Chicago’s dictatorial Mayor Richard J. Daley jealous. But, unlike those actually dishonest and corrupt Democrats, Trump might use his possible prison time to plan how he’ll restore fair and impartial Justice and destroy the Democrats’ “Just Us” judicial system.
