Quote of the Day: Yale’s Legal FAIL

“One of the craziest arguments that Yale had said was that just because a court of law says that you’re not guilty doesn’t mean we think you’re not guilty.”
- Saifullah Khan, Yale University student, after being acquitted in 2023 of 4 sexual assault counts from 2018

Fox News has more about this incident at one of America’s oldest universities which is also home to one of the oldest (founded in 1843), most selective (only 5% of applicants are accepted), liberal law schools in the country.

Did you know? School disciplinary hearings don’t have to follow the same Due Process required by America’s legal system, such as the Constitution’s 14th Amendment Article 1, the right to a swift trial, facing your accuser, direct questioning of witnesses, or the right to remain silent (Read more here).

The Head Donkey’s ‘Exceptional’ Legal Defense Process

If you want to skip my editorial introduction then Click here

Vintage Democrat Convention Delegate Button, Chicago, ILDid you know the donkey became the Democrat Party’s mascot as a result of the 1828 presidential election?

During the election opponents of Democrat and Civil War veteran Andrew Jackson called him a “Jackass” but Jackson proudly stated that like a donkey he was persistent, loyal, and able to carry a heavy load. (Democrats made the donkey their official mascot during the 1870′s.)

However, donkeys can also be single-minded, selfish, stubborn, and smart, as well as constant complainers and (in my opinion) unattractive: Just like some Democrats.

Of course, Joe “Two Scoops” Biden might exhibit some donkey-like qualities: Single-minded? Check! Selfish? Check! Stubborn? Check! Complains? Check! Smart? Not a chance! Unattractive? I’d say “Check!”, but I’m 110% Heterosexual, so I’ll let you decide.

Justice with only one eye blindfolded.Joe Biden, unlike beasts of burden, is subject to America’s Judicial System, and after watching how Joe Biden went from telling the press “You should be looking at Trump!” back in 2020 to telling House Republicans “Lots of luck!” in their attempts to impeach him in 2023 I believe I’ve figured out Joe’s exceptional process to defend himself against an ever-increasing mountain of suspicious evidence suggesting his involvement in bribery, pay-to-play, influence peddling, and extortion schemes.

From what I’ve seen Biden’s legal defense process is “Exceptional” in that every step includes an exception – a “but”, if you will (which reminds me of “butt“, a synonym of which is “ass”, short for “Jackass“, also called a “Donkey“, and the symbol of the Democrat Party…but, I digress ;-) )

The Joe Biden ‘Exceptional’ Legal Defense Process

(1)  The accusations are baseless
    …because no evidence exists.

(2)  Some evidence exists
    …but it’s fake.

(3)  Some evidence might be real
    …but it’s circumstantial.

(4)  Some evidence might be directly related
    …but it’s insignificant.

(5)  Some evidence might be significant
…but not worth a formal investigation.

(6)  Some evidence might be worth a formal investigation
…but an investigation would be useless.

(7)  An investigation might be useful
…but it wouldn’t require calling a Grand Jury.

(8)  A Grand Jury might be required
…but it wouldn’t result in legal prosecution.

(9)  Legal prosecution might result
…but it would require wasting a huge amount of money, time, and resources.

(10)  Huge amounts of money, time, and resources might be available
…but they wouldn’t result in obtaining a guilty verdict.

(11)  A guilty verdict might be obtained
…but such a verdict would destroy America.

(12)  America might survive a guilty verdict
…but it would destroy me and my family.

(13)  Me and my family might be just fine,
…but I was found guilty of
          an insignificant charge
          by a flawed justice system
in the court of public opinion
          using fake evidence
because of a personal vendetta against me.

(14)  Me and my family will be just fine
    …but I was framed!

(15)  We need to rise up and protest to defend Democracy and guarantee Justice by working to ensure equity!

September 11, 2001: Never Forget (2023)

Sept. 11, 2001 - Never Forget NY, DC, and PA.

“I’m just saying, you know, if I were Osama bin Laden — he’s a very smart guy, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about him — and I nearly got him once. I nearly got him. And I could have killed him, but I would have to destroy a little town called Kandahar in Afghanistan and kill 300 innocent women and children, and then I would have been no better than him. And so I just didn’t do it.”
- Bill Clinton, Democrat and former President, Melbourne Australia, September 10, 2001

 • 2,997 people died directly from an attack by radical Islamic terrorists on
      – the Twin Towers of New York’s World Trade Center,
      – the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia, and
      – Washington, D.C., causing the crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Shanksville, PA.

 • 20,874 survivors were deemed eligible for compensation by the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund set up by Congress in 2011, as of August 31, 2018.

 • Countless number of family, relatives, and friends of those killed and injured were affected and continue to suffer.

BTW: Lloyd Billingsley, writing on PowerLine, argues that 9/11 is “Memorial to FBI Failure” – His article is well worth reading.

Never Forget.

It’s Memeory Time for the Labor Daze!

Man, it's time to relax in the hammock!Today we celebrate “Labor Day“, a national holiday proposed by union activists in 1892 and signed into law by Democrat President Grover Cleveland in 1894. Through the years our celebration has evolved from parades of proud union workers to a day of leisure involving backyards, beaches, barbeques, and booze. And I’ll leisurely participate, rest assured.

Naturally, before I said “Yes” to BBQ excess I did manage to labor just long enough to create a buffet of Memeories for you to savor. Bon appetite!

Unlike other websites who compile and publish memes created by other people in order to drive traffic add a touch of humor to their site I create almost all the memes I publish and only occasionally publish a meme from someone else. Two Failures: Hillary Clinton and Hurricane Hilary.

Labor Day marks the unofficial end of Summer, so almost everyone wants to celebrate it outside in warm, sunny comfort. Perhaps the best way to guarantee good weather might be to name all potential tropical storms and hurricanes “Hillary“.

Climate Terrorists block traffic at Nevada's 2023 Burning Man event.

The popular phrase “pics or it didn’t happen” sure does apply on Labor Day: Otherwise, no one will believe your bragging about the size of the traffic jam, how much booze you drank, the fantastic crush you bonged, those hot chicks making out, that luscious babe you picked up, or how Uncle LEO harshed your mellow. FYI: The photo shows what happens when Nevada police decided they’d had enough of Climate Change Eco-terrorists blocking the only road to Burning Man 2023 and creating a 10-mile traffic jam. Watch the video to hear the terrorists ask if one of them got it all on video.
