It’s Memeory Time Again: All your Justice are belong to us!

"All your base are belong to us!"The late, great Rush Limbaugh would occasionally say that when it came to justice as practiced by Liberals “the process is the punishment”. While I suspect he wasn’t the first to make this observation – a 1979 book by Berkeley Law Professor Malcolm M. Feeley explores the lack of due process in one city’s court system – it’s sage wisdom none-the-less. Guilt or innocence doesn’t matter, if you’re the target of lawfare by liberals you’ll wish you were wearing the blindfold they removed from Themis, ancient Greece’s Goddess of Justice.

It should be no surprise to anyone (except for maybe cloistered monks and/or preppers off the grid and hunkered down awaiting armageddon) Liberals have been putting President Donald J. Trump through the process since he announced his presidential campaign in 2015: First by his political opponents during his campaign, then by the liberal media, and most recently by Democrat-controlled federal and state judicial systems. It’s seems right from the lawfare directed against former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, but on steroids.

Sounds like the perfect time to publish another installment of Memeories… Enjoy!

Was Trump Abused by Courting the Truth?

Justice with only one eye blindfolded. On May 9, 2023 a New York City jury of six men and three women acquitted President Donald J. Trump of allegedly raping a woman over 25 years ago in the dressing room of Manhattan’s Bergdorf Goodman high-end luxury store.

The incident was alleged to have occurred during “the mid-nineties”, but there were no eyewitnesses, no surveillance video, no photos, no employees around, and no police report. Apparently, the only evidence was a personal anecdote in a book written by the woman and published during June 2019.

However, the jury did find Trump guilty of sexual assault, a charge brought against Trump thanks to New York’s Democrat Legislature and Governor passing a special, temporary law in 2022 – the Adult Survivors Act – providing a one-year window for people to file sexual assault charges to resurrect cases where the statute of limitations had expired. A special law that Trump’s accuser helped to pass just prior to bringing charges against him, according to their lawyer.

Sox get a Leg Up against Detroit for the Series Win

The Red Sox played the Detroit Tigers last Sunday during a perfect day for early afternoon baseball, and won 6-3 to take the 3-game series.

My personal highlights of the game were Red Sox outfielder Adam Duvall’s 3-run moonshot over the Green Monster in the 5th inning that’s probably still looking for a place to land (and which looked a lot longer than its’ announced distance of 403 feet). And celebrating the final game at Fenway Park for Detroit’s Third Baseman and Designated Hitter Miguel Cabrera after a 21 year career. His first plate appearance at Fenway was June 27, 2003, and the Fenway Faithful gave him a heartfelt standing ovation before his last at bat. Here’s a big tip of the ‘ol Red Sox Cap to you, Miggy, along with best wishes to you and Yours.

Soneone's giving the Red Sox a leg up! Late in the game I noticed Boston’s Third Base Coach Carlos Febles (53) keeping an eye on the action, and while reviewing the photo noticed something I haven’t seen in all my years of visiting Fenway Park:

Take a close look at the foreground to see how someone conveniently found a place to keep an eye on their very personal item.
(Click the image to enlarge it in a new window.)
It’s resting place was perfectly understandable: The day was hot and uncomfortable, seating space – especially in first row Field Box seats – is very tight, and laying the expensive prosthetic down flat under the seats exposes it to spilled drinks, peanut shells, trash, and other people’s feet. As a former Aerospace Engineer I can appreciate the mechanical design, and as one whose artistic skills are limited to illegibly scribbling my signature my compliments to whoever decorated the pylon. Someone has given the Red Sox a leg up!

To the owner of the appliance, thanks for the “leg up”, and I hope you enjoyed the game!

Thanks for Reading! (and, Go Sox!)

I’m a Random Ramblin’ Man …Law Enforcement Style!

The Keystone Cops are on the move! How is it the FBI can identify and locate every single person (except any undercover FBI agents) attending the January 6th, 2021 protest in Washington D.C., but can’t figure out who left a bag of cocaine in “a highly secure area” of the White House despite White House security requiring visitors to sign in, undergo a background check, submit to a search, walk through a metal detector, and be monitored by security, Secret Service, and countless video cameras?

  • Speaking of the FBI, they recently admitted one of their subcontractors, Riva Networks, purchased and used NSO Group’s “Landmark” spyware to track the location of Mexicans. Now I’m a huge fan of Personal Privacy, but if they’re tracking the 5,500,000 illegal aliens Joe Biden allowed into the USA in order to send them back or lock them up then perhaps I’ll make an exception.
  • Did you know? The FBI already admitted purchasing spying software “Pegasus” from Israel’s cyber intelligence firm NSO Group – software that can silently infect your cellphone to secretly track your location, download your data, and control your phone – which they “never used” to spy on Americans.

  • If the claim by Democrats that government is the solution to everything is true, then why are America’s worst cities – whose governments have been run by Democrats for decades – asking the Federal Government to solve their problems? Shouldn’t those Democrat-run cities already be free of problems? Perhaps that’s the problem.
  • Did you know? At least 13 major cities run by Democrats have defunded their police, and Democrats are in charge of 27 of the Top 30 Most Dangerous Cities, the Top 5 Dirtiest Cities, and the 10 Most Rat-infested Cities in America.

The Turtle and the Hair (McConnell & Trump)

It seems Republican Mitch McConnell, Minority Leader of the US Senate, has demonstrated once again he knows his place: Being proxy for the Democrat Party (also known as “Republican in Name Only”, or RINO).

“There is no question, none, that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of [January 6, 2021]. A mob was assaulting the Capitol in his name. These criminals were carrying his banners, hanging his flags and screaming their loyalty to him. If President Trump were still in office I would have carefully considered whether the House managers proved their specific charge.”
- Republican Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader, February 14, 2021

Interpretation: Mitch McConnell implicitly supported the House impeachment proceedings against Donald J. Trump or else there would be nothing for him to “carefully consider” in the Senate.

“…McConnell has no credibility on China because of his family’s substantial Chinese business holdings. He does nothing on this tremendous economic and military threat. Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again. He will never do what needs to be done, or what is right for our Country.”
- President Donald J. Trump, letter to Mitch McConnell, February 16, 2021

Did you know? Mitch McConnell is married to Elaine Cho, who allegedly violated ethics rules by using her government job and taxpayer money to help her family-run shipping firm do business with and in China.

Inflammational Posters: Democrats Inflame but Trump’s gets the Blame

If you want to skip my editorial comment and

On Thursday, August 4th, 2023, after pleading “Not Guilty” to charges that he attempted to overturn the 2020 Election, President Donald J. Trump wrote the following post on his social media network Truth Social:

Donald J. Trump says he's coming after those who come for him.

That’s quite a challenge by The Don, when one considers over the past 8 years Progressive Democrats and their complicit Media, Soros-funded Activist Groups, supplicant Social Media CEOs, devoted Hollywood supporters, loyal BLM and Antifa stormtroopers, sympathetic RINOs, and “Never-Trumpers” have been working 24/7/365 to destroy him.

Trump’s post resulted in Federal Attorneys prosecuting Trump’s upcoming court case requesting Judge Tanya Chutkan – a leftist judge appointed by Barack Obama who’s tougher on Trump and his supporters than other judges – issue a protective order against Trump which would prevent him from discussing any evidence in the case. (Of course, all of Trump’s enemies would still be free to speak about any evidence.) In the past Judge Chutkan has denied requests by Trump’s lawyers to limit what evidence could be shared, have more time to prepare a defense, and other injunctive relief.

And this got me thinking: If Trump’s “coming after” someone is inflammatory enough to motivate lawyers to restrict his First Amendment Right to Free Speech then why didn’t all those Progressive Democrats who actually suggested violence, disruption, and even revolution suffer any consequences? Didn’t their inflammatory words motivate anyone to act? Probably, they’ve got nothing to worry about under America’s Two-tiered Justice System.

So, to put Trump’s rhetoric in context let’s take a look as some “Inflammational Motivational Posters” based on actual quotes made by Democrats: They’re sure to motivate you into doing something at some time to someone. Enjoy!
